Plate Lookup:

Male driver willingly allowed me into his lane. I had my turn signal on for one whole minute as I got his permission to get into his lane. He did not object when I started to turn into his lane. There was a 2 car length so I was no where close to his car. As I got into his lane, he started honking at me and continued to harrass me. I am a seasoned driver. By observing him, he appears to be a young driver - perhaps a teenager, very impatient. Definitely rude and ill mannered.
