Plate Lookup:

9am on a Friday morning this driver swerved into oncoming traffic 3 times on a one lane road to pass people because obviously everyone was driving to slow. Then after passing three cars we go into a highly congested area where it changes into 2 lanes, 35mph zone, I am driving behind a tractor trailer he is in the other lane and his lane must have been going too slow so he proceeded to cut me off. Weaving in and out of traffic for a good 20 minutes this lunatic almost hit 5+ cars including swerving around people into oncoming traffic!
