Plate Lookup:

Awful parking (parked right on the line) at a time when parking was rare to be found. How is someone supposed to park next to you when you are right on the line? Granted, you could have been forced over by whoever was parked on the other side when you moved in, but that's not an excuse; if you can't fit in the stall, DON'T PARK THERE.
