New resident hit our car in the right rear fender at our apartment's parking garage, and refuses to own up to it. I left a note with my cell phone and reported it to the leasing office, and the coward didn't even call me to dispute it. What a spineless wimp. Oh, and a horrible driver, too. If you're not man enough to handle driving an SUV, buy a small car, you gutless wonder.
