Plate Lookup:

Idiot parks in front of our house driveway and red-curb line in front of mailbox. obstructing our vehicle from parkway. Trying to take a photo of my license all the time she could have backed up. Then she backs up to try to take a photo of my license plate and then says "learn English!" while speeding off in a residential neighborhood.

ASEMasterTechnician Wow if she could have backed up what an idiot if that was outside my house I would have keyed her car or mooned her as she drove off. So I'm assuming she was in the car backing off and trying to take a picture at the same time in this photo fucking idiot if its a residential zone she could have hit a child speeding off in the daytime BTW get off the phone if your in the car irresponsible bitch!
