Absolute BITCH of a driver, consistently weaves in and out of traffic and cuts people off with inches to spare with no provocation. This driver's sole purpose on the road is to race around until she finds someone who will "compete" with her. Getting to her destination is an unnecessary side effect of having her driver's license.
