For the 2nd time in 3 days I got cutoff at a merge. Purposely sped up to cut me off as we were merging. I honked to alert her/him and she/he didn't care coming with just a few inches of hitting my car. I actually think he/she was even across the 2x yellow line in order get passed me. Crazy bad drivers out there!!!
