Just because you are in the National Guard, doesn't give you the right to cut off big rigs and school busses on busy highways. This guy was weaving in and out of traffic on Roper Mountain Road. He cut off multiple vehicles with his snappy little Subaru. Would think SGT's would be more respectful on the road.
