A 16 year old kid, doing the left lane hugging, yoyo, texting while driving thing and stomping on his brakes because he is NOT paying attention. And he drives a brand new Black Ford Focus mommy and daddy bought him so he doesn't give a crap about anything or anyone. Nice temp tag showing the car is too new to have plates. Too bad SATX lacks traffic enforcement.
