On Sep 10th at around 9am this jerk was so desperate to pass everyone. He got furious because he was in the right lane and couldn't pass me as other cars were in front of him. As soon as he passed them he moved to the left lane and started tailgating me so bad and then he sped up to about 100 mph (the speed limit there is 50) and cut right in front of me which almost hit my car and I had to slam on my breaks. I honked and he rolled down the window to yell and flip me off. He suddenly made a right turn to run away...what a COWARD!!! I reported the police afterward.
