Rainy night. Tailgating, speeding, changing lanes abruptly, honking, harassing behavior. Specific story: Mom was driving, I was in the passenger seat. As she rolled up to a red light, this driver roared up behind her, so close we couldn't see the headlights, and tailgated all the way to the light. When the light turned green, Mom accelerated about the length of the hood behind the car on the left (slightly slower than instantly but within a second of the light changing.) The driver laid on his horn. Mom intentionally didn't accelerate fully, forcing ZUMMIE to go around her, in the hope she wouldn't have to deal with him anymore. Wrong. He proceeded to zoom up to every red light and brake hard at each one, at one point pulling partly into an intersection and having to back up. (As I said, it's rainy. He may have hydroplaned.) We remained behind him. At one point he intentionally stayed at a green light several seconds until the drivers behind us began to honk, presumably to harass us. That's when I took out my camera phone. He must have seen it in his rear view mirror because he promptly made it his business to drive even worse to avoid being in front of us. Anyone who would drive like this at night in the rain is likely a constant road hazard.
