Was (parallel) parking my car and the car behind me was waiting for me to finish. This driver was so impatient that he gunned his engine to go around the waiting car into the other lane of traffic. I was already parked by the time he started to pass (so it wasn't much of a wait), and it was fortunate the driver waiting for me didn't start to move forward. Bad driver heading W on Yuma 6:55AM 4/28/10
