At a traffic light (Stonecroft and Old Lee), I'm turning left with green arrow signal. A woman in a mini-van, makes her right turn right in front of me, without even stopping at the light. She made that turn as iff her light was green. I guess she didn't notice her light was RED because she was TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE. I can't wait until VA makes it illegal. It's going to happen, I'm sure.
