To begin with, I was driving home and I was doing about 85mph keeping with the traffic flow, and I noticed behind me that the car was so close I could not see much more then a few inches below her wipers. Her hood and lights were gone due to her proximity. I flickered my brakes at her to let her know that she was too close. Suddenly she was swerving all over the lane behind me, then she jumps into the right lane (I’m in the far left at the time) and nearly cuts off the person who is driving over there. She floors the gas until she is barely past my car then swerves yet again to cut in front of my car. She narrowly missed hitting me by sheer inches, and the fact that I braked knowing she would cut over. Then she proceeds to hit her brakes and slow causing cars in my lane to slow or jump over. This was right about where we hit the ramp that lets the traffic from Kirkwood highway onto 95N. Needing to be in the new far left lane, I get over when I have a clear space, all the time keeping my eyes on this woman who jumps over as well only there is a car now between us. After maybe 10ft, she gets back into the right lane and slows allowing the car that was between us to pass her, then she gets back in front of me. At this point I’m beginning to think she is crazy and has lost her mind… but things get worse believe it or not. I see once again her brake lights as she slows down to get nearer to me. I slow as well because well I don’t want her close to me. When she is close enough I read her plate number and quickly memorize it. Then I grab my phone, hit the side button, and snap a photo of the back of her car. She sees what I’m doing and I can see her waving her arms and mouthing who knows what at me. I guess she is camera shy… All this causes her car to begin swerving back and forth in the lane in front of me almost running me off the road, and once more I slow (I’m down to about 55mph). We now have 3 lanes and the 202 exit is coming up. I try changing lanes to get away from her but she cuts me off and stays right in front of me no matter what lane I get in. Now I’m a clever person and I don’t take things like this well. I decided that if this was how she wanted to do things, that I would see to it that I lost her, and doing nothing but using a simple trick when I had a clearing among cars. I hit my signal and got all the way right as to take the 202 exit. What did she do? Got right in front of me and was still waving her arms and yelling. I don’t honestly think this lady was paying any attention to where she was going. Around the turn, and we are at the exit. I slow my car and check my left mirror, making sure I have a clear space in the left lane and put some distance between us. As soon as she passes the barrier preventing her from getting back onto a 95N lane, I make my move getting into the clear lane and out of the exit lane. You could tell she was clearly mad that I was no longer where she could continue harassing me. I smiled as she had no choice but to take the exit and I was now safe from her dangerous driving. As soon as I got home, I Googled “report bad drivers” and started spreading the word. This woman was reckless and endangered many people who just wanted to get to their destinations. I hope that someone catches her and she gets her license taken away. Knowing that she is out on the roads, makes me not want to drive. Looking back, a part of me wishes I had taken her to PA and ditched her there, seeing as I have a GPS and would not have had any problem finding my way home." ]]>http://www.zapatag.com/plate/DE/779642/1781http://www.zapatag.com/plate/DE/779642/1781
